International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (NYSE:IFF), a leading global

Michael Ducker, Chief Operating Officer and President, International,
for FedEx Express, has been elected to the Company's Board of Directors,
effective immediately.

President, International, for FedEx Express. In addition to his
corporate responsibilities, Mr. Ducker serves on the advisory committee
for Trade Policy and Negotiations for the Obama administration, as
Chairman of the International Policy Committee, Vice Chairman and
Executive Committee Member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, member of
the Board of Directors of Amway Corporation, and serves on the National
Advisory Board of the Salvation Army.
