As part of a continuous effort to create winning flavors for its customers, International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (IFF) will begin construction on a new state-of-the-art Culinary & Bakery Center in the first quarter of 2004.
The new facility will enable IFF to better support customers' product development programs in the retail and foodservice markets. It will also expand the Company's capabilities in the savory and bakery categories. With an efficient design, the professional grade commercial kitchen will provide hands-on training and product demonstrations for customers.

The Culinary & Bakery Center will serve as the North American headquarters for the execution of IFF's global Culinessence™ program, which teams chefs from around the world to deliver authentic culinary taste through cutting-edge flavor technology. Trained experts, including flavorists, applications and R&D scientists, will work closely with the Center's executive and research chefs to execute the vision of the Culinary & Bakery Center.
Like CoolTek™, CapLock™, and other technological innovations announced earlier this year, the Culinary & Bakery Center is part of IFF's ongoing efforts to enhance its capabilities in the flavors business.
