International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (NYSE:IFF) (Euronext Paris:
IFF), a leading innovator of sensory experiences that move the world,
today announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of
€500 million in aggregate principal amount of euro-denominated 1.75%
Senior Notes due 2024 (the “notes”) at an offering price of 99.822% of
the principal amount. IFF anticipates that the offering will close on
March 14th, 2016, subject to customary closing conditions.
IFF intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay at
maturity its 6.14% Series D Notes due July 12, 2016, of which
$125,000,000 in aggregate principal amount is outstanding, to repay
borrowings under our revolving credit facility and for general corporate
purposes.
BNP Paribas, J.P. Morgan Securities plc and Morgan Stanley & Co.International plc are acting as joint book-running managers.
