IFF Board of Directors Authorizes Quarterly Dividend of $0.39 per Share

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jul. 30, 2013-- The Board of Directors of International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (NYSE: IFF) today authorized a quarterly dividend of $0.39 per share of the Company’s common stock, an increase of $0.05 or 15% from the current quarterly dividend of $0.34 per share. The quarterly dividend will be distributed October 10, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 26, 2013.

Including this authorization, IFF’s quarterly dividend payment will have grown by a compound annual growth rate of 13% over the last three years.
